Our caregivers are self-employed professionals who bring their own experience, training, and caregiving style to each family. Nurturing Needs supports the relationship by coordinating care requests, facilitating communication, and ensuring families are matched with caregivers who meet their needs.
This model allows families flexibility, choice, and continuity of care while caregivers maintain independence and professional autonomy.
